OPTIFAST FLAVOUR??Whats the best tasting?
I prefer chocolate - but I can handle vanilla especially with flavouring (orange, banana, maple, etc.). You can put diet pop in it but ONLY before surgery not AFTER. You can not allowed pop after RNY surgery.

I preferred the vanilla but never drank one without doctoring it up. I wanted some variety when I did it so I just added different things to flavour each one so I wouldn't get bored. The chocolate is okay as well, just not as versatile. I added cold coffee, orange flavouring and mint flavouring to the chocolate and then later on I would add caramel SF davinci to the chocolate and it was heavenly. You can get either one and be creative and you'll do fine on it. The weight falls off quickly on it so even if you think it's gross, it's so worth it. Plug your nose and chug it if you have to but get it down and watch those pounds drop off.
Tracy, where can I find the SF Davinci Caramel???? That sounds so good! I am hoping to be on the Optifast soon myself and I love caramel!! mmmm.
Tanya, This is a good thread, as I said above, I will *hopefully* be doing the OptiFast soon too, and I will have to write down some of these suggestions. I think it sounds like the vanilla is the best bet as it is easier to flavour to your liking!
Although, I am not looking forward to tasting "goat" ANYTHING, as Angus says!! LOL
Good luck,
Anita

I got my SF Davinci Syrups at Winner's up near Heartland Outlet Mall and I have also seen them at the Winners up in Timmins so I'm sure many of the Winner's carry certain ones. They don't have the variety that the low carb grocery store has in Toronto but they have quite a few different ones. I had tried Khalua and Irish Cream and both were good in Opti and I still like them for in my coffee.
