Where to get Optifast?

This was approved by my clinic's dietitian as an alternative to Optifast. She told me to drink Isoflex mixed with 8 ounces of 1percent milk 4 times per day. I had to also take a multivitamin daily. I was in ketosis in less than 2 days and did this for 2 weeks with no problems at all.

I bought mine at GNC but apparently other stores carry it like Popeye's. I really like the vanilla and the chocolate peanut butter ones. I tried the orange and the strawberry as well and they are good but I got tired of them quickly. Donna tried the chocolate one and she said it was good as well.

Lorraine I have extra Optifast that I could sell you at a fair price. I got more than I ended up using around time of my surgery and I will not use it. I occasionally have a shake when I can't think of what else to have for breakfast, for example, but I don't use it much. I think it expires Jan 2010 so it's still good for sure.
I could give you 4 boxes - they're all vanilla. If you are out for a drive in the country I am on 43 between Winchester and Kemptville. Let me know at any time if you're interested. Mine were purchased from Civic too, by the way.
