What's your favourite fast/convenience food?

I have been lovin' the McDouble.. minus the top bun... $1.39 and 21g of protein.. can't beat that...
I also love the shwarma.. not really fast food.. but so yummy!!

Traditional Middle Eastern rotisserie. The best is made of dark turkey meat, but it's very rare in North America. Usually it's chicken or beef here, served in pita bread with salads and stuff like humus and tahini (sesame sauce). Most of shwarma places here in Canada are Lebanese. You can usually have the same thing on a plate instead of pita, but a bit more expensive.

For best Shwarma in the world you need to go to Jerusalem. Drooling...

My first year out, all I ate was shwarma hmmmmm.  Erin you need to try it, you'll love it!!

I used to eat chicken shawarma pizza at a joint on Montreal Rd when I worked at CMHC. Was the best thing since slice bread. Not a huge beef gal but the chicken is lovely with the garlic sauce. YUM

Erin there has to be a Lebanese restaurant in your town.  Don't wait, try one!!!

I honestly don't think there is, but I'll ask around. It sounds so good!!!

There is a shawarma place on Richmond rd. across from the coliseum theatres.  Tons of then on Elgin st. downtown.(Mikey likes the one near Frank st)  My fav. is Brookfeild restaurant on Brookfeild and riverside drive(near hogs back dr.).  It's only open weekdays for breakfast & lunch. I liked the chicken shwarma pre-op.  Haven't tried it yet. I don't think I can eat the wrap but the chicken with the garlic/tehini sauce is good for me (minus the onions)!

I love Dim Sum.... (Chineese small portions of food)  Shrimp Shu Mi (?) yum! Anything chineese I don't care.

Scores (Kanata AMC area) has great chicken (reallys tender for the newbies like me) it is sort of like saint hurbert and swish scalet together,  I love it.

I was able to eat the entire BBQ chicken wing side at wendy's (over 1 hour or so) but I paid dearly with GAS!

I'm having Harvey's tonight,  not sure if I should try the burger.  I use to love them (minus the bun now)

I use to love egg rolls but my  DS doesn't like it right now.  I'll try again some time to see if it changed.
