Addiction to Roasted Soy

Does anyone else love the roasted edamame (soy) beans?  I just love these things.  I was worried that I could not have a snack while watching tv, or sitting here at work.  A little serving, chewed to a paste and life is good again !!!!!

I love edamame.  Where did you find the roasted kind?  I would love them to eat for my night snack.
Cheers,
Donna

Not yet, but I just bought some curry marinated tofu yesterday that I plan on trying in the next few days.

What I am using and really like is the Yves vege ground round - Italian seasoning.  This stuff is fabulous. I didn't think I would like it, but I really do.  It actually sits better in the tummy than chicken.  Cannot have red meat for another 5 months, so this is working out just fine for me.  I am not keen on the Tofu that you buy in the block.  That makes me gag.

I bought the roated beans at the Bulk Barn.

Love them! I put a 1/4 cup in a little container, give them a spray of PAM, add some chili powder, garlic powder and a pinch of salt and shake it up... so delish!

Hello,
I'm just one week out of surgery so I'm not at this stage yet, but aren't these too high in fat and carbs?  At St. joes in Hamilton, they told us anything over 5% of the daily value for fat was too much.
