There's 14 packets and I have an extra 4 from the other box. Im in Etobicoke so we can meet up if you want. I couldn't drink the four a day, I could only get two to three a day so I have extra.

Perhaps this is a dumb question. I have left over optifast as well. Can we still use it after surgery? I am 3 weeks post-op.
