i felt some nausea as well, sometimes. Make sure you're eating slowly enough, and don't forget to leave the 15 min between each ounce of food. Try to get your protein in, especially, even now i get nauseated if i don't have enough (or have too much too quickly).
don't forget your water. I know its a lot to do, so soon out, but you need to take care of yourself, no matter how crappy you feel.

hugs.

I had a lot of nausea too.  I took chewable adult Gravol and it really helped a lot.
