Glad it's done is right......I'm so much more relaxed now......

Stress level is gone way down....

Almost passed out this morning...So I switched from Tylenol 3 to extra strength...

Still knocks me out but at least I  don't feel light headed.....

All is good now....

Good morning.  So glad you are doing well Judy!! 

It's been crazy here this week on my street.  A neighbour (young) died the other morning...investigation as to how is underway (either suicide or murder).  Very sad.  He was a good guy.  His house burnt last night (hence the investigation...suspicious).  Sad for him but hope he is at peace and very sad for the family :(

Going to lunch today with a friend and then groceries but that's about it for me

B - nothing yet, can't eat, tried but just can't choke anything down....must be stress....prewls I woulda downed a pizza or something....

L - probably salad of some sort with protein

Su - pork tenderloin, salad, veg

Sn - protein shake to get more protein in.  I will make myself do it.

will drink lots of water though.  Have a great day everyone!!

Not a very good eating day for me once again......see, to forget to look after myself at times.  Promise myself tomorrow will be better.

1c yogurt/cottage cheese mixture
1/2 protein bar
3oz chicken with 2 pickles
