Diamonds are a girl's best friend
Well I'm just over 4 months out and I've lost 75 lbs and my engagement and wedding rings were so loose that I was afraid of losing them. My DH said I should just quit wearing them until I have them sized, but since I'm no where near my goad yet I didn't want to go to that expense twice, so I've just been wearing them in fear.
Yesterday my DH took me to a pawn shop and bought me a new ring (they didn't have a plain gold band so I had to get an diamong engagement ring) to wear until I'm ready to have mine resized. I feel better already not having to think about losing my rings.
It's kind of funny that it's this weekend, because I met him online in 1997 and met him in person for the first time in 1998 on Mother's day weekend.
Guess he would marry me all over again - lol.

when I lost a lot of weight on south beach. My hubby is now seeking referal for surgery... I'm going to propose that when we are both skinny butts that we renew our vows and get new rings. :)
