What are you eating/ doing today? (Friday)

Good morning everyone

Today is going to be a great day!! I am going to work today to apply for some "full-time" (would be much better then part-time. I would love to have steady hrs instead of "call-in" stuff ;)
After that, I am on my way to Niagara Falls to spend the afternoon with my boyfriends mom and he will be joining us after work Tomorrow, I am off to Woodstock to meet my sisters and spend the night with our gramma. I am quite excited to see everyone. I have not seen my sisters since Christmas and it has been quite a while since I saw my gramma.

So today, since I will be on the road most of the day, will be a munchie kindda day.

pepperettes, laughing cow cheese, mild cheese (30g) LOTS of water and some tea, protein shake (just in case I need it)
Not too sure what will be for dinner but prolly chicken or steak with a little bit of salad
I also packed a banana, fibre1 bar and some watermelon.

Sounds like a busy day Leanne - enjoy and good luck with your application.

I'm working.  The only saving grace is - it's Frrrriiiiidddaaayyyyy!

B - coffee with milk x 2
S - 3/4 oz cheddar, 3 melba rounds, 1/2 an apple
L - tuna sandwich with lots of veggies, hold the bread
S - 1 cup 1% milk, then 1/2 an apple later
D - going out. Protein and salad of some sort

 ok  4 days post op .... lets see what I can plan

B- 1pkg instant cream of wheat with 1/2 scoop of beneprotein (total 5 gr protein)

s- sip on protein drink in morning hoping to finish the one I started yesterday ( 24 gr protein)

L-cream of broccoli soup with one scoop protein powder (6 gr protein)

s-protein drink (1/2 bottle - 16 gr protein)

S-apple sauce with 1 scoop protein ( 6 gr protein)

s-not sure yet .. still need something with a bit more protein!


vitamin water (10 calorie) and plain water ... sip all day ... should be able to get in 3 cups as i did yesteday.

need to get vitamins and pills scheduled and fill up the dosette that I bought pre-op for just such stuff.


Just eating is a full time job at this point!

Morning...and happy Friday!

Hopefully I'll get some writing done and some much needed housework done today.

B - kashi cereal (I FINALLY found one without honey)
L - I think it might just be a protein shake (I rely on those, they're 40g. of protein!)
S - 1/4c yogurt and a small kiwi (I haven't tried kiwi yet so we'll see how that goes)
D - quiche and maybe a bite of my husbands potatoes (I haven't tried potatoes yet either so we'll see)
S - probably just an ounce of cheese or a sf popsicle

Morning all

Have a full day planned ....started early this morning so I could get everything in

Pre-workout - protein shake

b - 2 eggs and one extra white with 1 oz cheddar - all scrambled ...excellent!

l - not sure - but protein and veg of some sort

s - apple

d - chilli cooking in the crock pot now...yummm

s - orange

All water and then some - tea and coffee

Good morning all you busy busy ladies!

Well it's Friday the 13th, the first hour of the day started of great and then I slipped in the shower on DS's rubber duckies lol.....back paid the price.  As a result, just hanging waiting for meds to kick in and laying here with Ice.  Sometimes forced relaxation is a good think I guess.  Not sure what the rest of my day brings but hopefully I can walk or move enough to get some errands done.  C'est La Vie :)

Plan for eating:

B - nothing yet, just coffee

S - pastaless lasagna sauce....it's quick and easy to reheat

L - protein shake or salad and chicken

S - protein bar

Su - Chicken, broccoli and maybe salad

S - if feeling better going to a friends house for get together....may munch on protein snacks if I feel like but will definitely have a drink or two ;)

Water and vits in.  Have a good one everyone :)

My Friday the 13th started out ****ty.  A dear family friend lost her battle with cancer during the night. I fukn hate cancer.  Eating might be off today but will try for the following.  I'll either not eat much or I'll eat way too much, just depends on how this affects me I guess.

B - omelette with veggies and chorizo

S - old cheddar

L - homemade soup

S - apple and latte

D - basa, veggie of some sort
