Hi All! Everyone looks like they are super busy this weekend - AWESOME!
I am determined to have a good eating day....an excellent one actually! Started tracking my food on myfitnesspal.com so that will help
B- 1/2 cup milk, 2 Poached Eggs (poached fairly firm)
S - BBQ Smoked Pork Chop (3 oz) and 2 tbsp of Brown Rice (rice has corn and peas mixed in), 3 Asparagus Spears (Leftovers from last night).
L - Milk and 13 Vegetable Thins with Peanut Butter (approximately 1 1/2 tbsp)
S - Protein Shake when I get home from errands
D - More of Pork Chop, brown rice, and veg leftovers -going to a Pampered Chef party tonight so will eat dinner late. Quantitiy depends on how much I snack at the party.
Half water in and will continue to work at it.
