Optifast Qu- Is this normal??

I am on day 3 of optifast and since yesturday I seem to be going to the bathroom every 45 min to go pee.  Is this normal?? Thanks!

I was told its perfectly normal as your body is getting rid of things.. and you are drinking more fluids ( i assume you are drinking  your required amounts of water etc with it) .  When is your surgery and where?  Good luck with it..

Yes I am getting my water in, plus exercise.  My surgery is in Ottawa June 6th!

Don't forget your chemistry is also changing.

You will start to notice that both your pee and your sweat smell differently, and that your significant other has become a little stinky to you.
You have a heightened sense of smell.
Things that used to smell good to you are reolting when you're on OptiFast.
And as you fat starts to dump the estrogen, you may get emotional.
