NORMAL!!

Today I got on the scale and wanted to cry!!!

When I started my journey I weighed 245lbs (my profile pic used to be of me sitting on a boat) and
for the first time since I was 15, I weigh 136lbs! I am now in "normal" bmi range. WOOT!! I am sooooo glad that I had this surgery. I can't believe all the wows that have happened and are still happening. I am so much healthier now and it really is awesome!

For the first time in yeeeeaaarrrrrrrs, I ran! I wasn't really even out of breath. So, maybe now, with all the walking I am doing, I will start jogging too

Glad you clarified the bmi is normal....you and I are alike and I'm not sure "we" know what normal is...but we have fun anyways.
