I know I have dropped off the face of the earth for awhile and some people are wondering how my journey is going, It has been just over 7 months, the pictures speak for themselves, I have lost over 140lbs with minor complications along the way, I don't come on as often as I should, even just to read the posts, but am thinking it may help with some of the issues I am experiencing right now with self image.
