Anyone going to be in Guelph on Wednesday?

I am going to Guelph for my 1 year follow up in Wedneday at 10:45 and I was wondering if anyone else will be there?

I have lost 159 lbs since I started Optifast and 133.2 since the surgery! My 1 year bloodwork came back really good (according to my GP) except for the fact I am slightly Vit D deficient so he told me to supplement.
