66 pounds gone forever after 1 month on optifast

I'm soooooo excited! and shocked because ive been on optifast for a month and ive lost 66 pounds, is that normal? I out did myself this time, from 416-350 in a month, if u ask me thats awesome.

thanks ladies ive been wearing a ear to ear grin on my face all day from i checked my weight, im so excited for my surgery monday, hopefully my liver is still there lol
