Good morning everyone

Off to work for me today.

B- 2sausage and an egg
S- fibre plus bar
L- cottage cheese w/blueberries, strawberries, grapes
S- cheese and crackers
D- prok chop and veggies
S- protein shake

all water and vitamins in

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

Hi Leanne.  At work already.  I like the quiet time before everyone else gets in to check OH, etc!

B - kashi cereal, milk, raspberries; a few spoonfuls of greek yogourt
S - turkey pepperettes, cheese
L - salad w. hard boiled egg
S - protein shake
D - 1.5 oz steak, veg

looks like another nice day
   
      weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast

Morning all :)

Looks like it's going to be nice and warm today! Now if only I could turn up the heat in this flippin' office, I'd be good.

Struggling with eating, as I've mentioned recently.  I plan great meals, make great food, take 3 bites and bleah.  Some history - went on medication 6 months ago which is notorious for making people gain weight, without any change in diet or appetite.  Well.  It certainly did that. I can't explain how frustrating it is to have worked so friggin' hard and kept weight off for over 5 years to have this "bounce" all of a sudden.  On some new additional meds that make me hate food. LOL  It's a no-win though, cuz even though I'm hardly eating - I haven't lost a pound.  YET. :)

Anyway, I digress.  Sorry, feeling pissy about it this morning. lol

B - coffee with milk x 2, 3/4 piece of whole wheat toast, 1.5 oz turkey (almost got the toast/turkey in)
S - 1/2 cup melon chunks, 21 g old cheddar
L - 2 oz turkey, 21 g old cheddar, 4 melba rounds
S - herbal tea, maybe some more melon
D - 3 oz pork chop BBQ'd, green salad, a little dressing, sliced tomatoes

*sigh*

Sorry to hear you are struggling right now, Karen :(  It's okay to feel pissy too!!!! We ALL do it and we are ALL entitled to "bad days".  We are hear to help and support it all right?  It sucks to be in such a catch 22, meds that make you gain weight without diet change or meds that make you hate food...damn!!  I am sure the weight will come off though, just hang in there ;)  You will beat this hurdle too.....cuz your Karen!!!

I feel for you Karen....
I too am in the same situation except when it started to happen, I asked and was lucky enough to have a different option of the "weight gaining " meds.
So now I'm off of those and now my weight has stabilized with the other meds....right back to where I want to be.

It is very frustrating to know we have almost no control of these things...
Hang in there and keep a positive atty.........

Thanks Judy - I've investigated other med options and there doesn't seem to be one that won't do the same damned thing.  It'll come off again - if it kills me. LOL

Morning,

I'm in an odd, paranoid mood today - someone suggested it was the moon, so now I'm paranoid about the moon and the effects I'm going have today because of it. Anyway...

b - hot chocolate (reduced sugar)
l - yogurt with kashi cereal
s - fruit of some kind, probably a banana
d - chili
s - protein fudgsicle

Karen I reallly feel for you.....try and not stress too much - really you cant control it....please just continue eating in your normal healthy manner

going to mix up my food choices the next few days....need some variety and I think a little less straight protein...

B - oatmeal with a few nuts and cranberries

s - 1/2 cup of bean salad

l - smoked trout....my absolute fav

s - yogurt with berries

d - not sure yet - something simple

s - blue menu frozen yogurt bar

All water and vits
