Yes he did with no problem. He seemed surprise because not many people want to take it longer than necessary LOL. I guess the smaller the liver the better and of course the extra weight loss.

Hmm, good to know. I wouldn't mind doing it an extra week as well. thanks for the info!

Good for you Bogie - that's fantastic news! I'm so glad that he didn't make you wait until you were 5 years cancer -free!  You are going to do so well. Just being cancer-free is such a huge blessing and you will also have a healthy new body to reflect all the positive changes in your life. I am so happy for you, Bogie!!!!!

Hey Bogie.  I am getting the Lap Band taken out the same time that I get my bypass next month.  I can't wait to be rid of this monster in my body.  They just booked for July, so you may not get the call until July for August.
