What are you eating/ doing today? (Tuesday)

Good morning everyone!

So far, I'm off today! I am taking my kitty to the vet today for her check-up. I don't have anything else planned but I was seem to get busy.

B- protein shake, tea
S- nsa chocolate/blueberry bar (I found these lil yummy things at the pharmacy- 6g fibre)
L- cheese and crackers
S- greek yoguart w/strawberries
D- chicken and coleslaw
S- fibre plus bar

all vitamins and water in :)

Have a fabulous day everyone

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

Morning :)

Working until around 8 tonight (help me) cuz I have to conduct staff training - other than that, hoping to get out at lunch and enjoy the sunshine! My eating will likely look weird today due to the odd assortment of stuff I packed. lol   Happy first day of summer!

B - coffee with milk x 2, 1/2 of a Kashi peanut bar
S - 21 g old cheddar, 2 melba rounds
L - 1/2 cup cous cous salad of some variety that I lazily picked up at Metro, 1 oz turkey, 21g cheddar
S - 1/2 cup melon chunks
D - turkey & Swiss sandwich on a tiny bun
S - handful of trail mix

For your dinner Karen you put a tiny bun....were you a dumper?
If you were when could you start eating buns?
I dump on anything sugar...even bread.....

Which I guess is a good thing

I've never had an issue with bread, other than it getting stuck.  It fills me up so much tho, I'm sure I won't get through even the "tiny" bun and will end up eating the guts.   I don't think I ate bread or especially a bun for at least a year. I still rarely have it at all. Too many carbs and not enough room. lol

So true I find carbs blow up in my belly and I get so full I feel like vomiting.

I try to stay away and stick to protein and veggies.....although a trisket every now and then is really good

Yep, I know that feeling.  So now I have a bite or two and leave it.  Joe is constantly putting a potato on my plate - I say no thanks and he asks every damned time, "Why no potato??!!" Gah!  Way too filling.

I'm a wee bit of a cracker addict, I really keep it in check.

YUM! I really like crackers too but I usually ony eat crackers with my cheese :) I would rather have a cracker instead of buns. When I eat bread, I stick to "skinny" bread like body wise and weigh****cher bread or thin sandwich bread (by wonder) and I only eat one slice, if that.

Potatoes used to be my downfall.. I really enjoyed them! And now I'm lucky to have a bite, you are sooo right Karen- waayyyy too filling! I would rather eat the meat and veggies first :) nom nom!! It works out really well for my bf and I, he doesn't like alot of the foods that I shouldn't have so they are few and far between in this house (he doesn't like pastas and rice and stuff)

BRING ON THE MEATS AND SALADS and good healthy foods that we really enjoy

Good morning to you too 

B - 1/3 cup of cheerios with 4tbs milk
S - 1/2 lemon coconut protein bar (the simply bar)
L - 1oz chicken with 1 cheese string
S - STARBUCKS SKINNY LATTE!!!!
D - not sure maybe homemade soup for my sore throat
S - maybe 10 almonds if throat ain't hurting or some kind of berries

Good Tuesday morning......

Coffee was delish this morning.....

Bad day yesterday....had a hard time getting in calories....
Some people are just so effin rude and self righteous I could scream!!!!!

Today is going to be better because I refuse to let someone else dictate how my day goes....

I went shopping and bought a papaya.strawberries,blackberries,peaches and a mango.
I cut them up and washed them and put them in bags in the freezer....
I love these when it's hot outside, I'm curled up with my puppy and I pull out my frozen fruit.

I'll keep getting all that are in season and prepare the winter.....yummmmmmy

I'll focus on eating today.....FoOoOocCccUuUSsS  

B cheese omelet
S kashi cereal
L barbecue chicken
S ?
D cheese, peperoni on a wonton ....mini pizza
S frozen berries....of course

B - large tea w milk, one slice brown toast
S - 1% cottage cheese
L - 3 crackers, 1 slide old cheddar, applesauce
s - protein shake
D - 1 oz steak (may not stay down - yesterday's came back up)
D option #2 - if steak doesn't go down, salad with egg
1 litre water.

Working (medium strenuous day) then aquafit class tonight.
