Tips to Avoid Weight Regain

Hi guys,

The next York Region/GTA meeting will be on Sunday, June 26 at 2:00. The meeting is located Upstairs at Loblaws, 301 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill (Bayview & Hwy 7). Entry fee is $5 to cover the cost of the room.

In addition to getting much needed support, important information and questions answered, there will be a clothing exchange.

The discussion topic will be: Tips to Avoid Weight Regain after WLS.

I will be there Andrea, with a HUGE IKEA bag of clothes for the clothing exchange... should I bring them up at the start of the meeting? When does the exchange usually take place? End of the meeting?

The formal part of the meeting usually starts at 2:30 so you can put the clothes out between 2 & 2:30. There'll be time at the end of the meeting to search through stuff too.

I cannot wait, I miss the meetings when I don't go,  but life is so busy now :)

I have some clothing and a 1x bathing suit with board shorts for someone, it is almost brand new so I hope it gets a new home:)
