What are you eating/ doing today? (Thursday)

Not much on the go for me today; I'm hoping to get called in today, I want 1 more shift this week and today will hopefully be it. We are off to Ottawa tomorrow for my niece's gr8 grad. Then we are going to Bobcaygeon on Saturday for the Tragically Hip concert! I am soooooo stoked!!! WOOT!!



B- rice crispies
S- protein shake
L- cheese and crackers
S- watermelon/ strawberries
D- leftover pizza (brok's)
S- fibre plus bar
all water and vitamins in

L - leftovers from dinner - salad with grilled chicken
S - likely just tea
D - BBQ hot Italian sausage (1/2), grilled veggies, cob of corn

Today is a workday from hell for me. All day staff meeting, including an hour and a half potluck (mandatory). I said I'd attend, but I was bringing my own lunch. sigh. it's not even all the food that bothers me as much as the food talk - do you know what I mean?
B - 1/3 c kashi summer berry, small latte
S - greek yogourt, strawberries
L - 1/2 c pasta e fagioli
S - 1.5 oz cheddar, 1/2 pear
D - blue menu lean italian meatballs (4 =10 g protein), tomato sauce, a few kamut noodles
S - nectar pink grapefruit protein drink
wish me luck
weight loss includes 25 lbs before optifast
B - Yogurt, babyfood strawberries, water
S - Protien shake
L - Half a can of flakes of ham with fat free mayo, pureed frozen peaches, water
S - ???
D - Pureed chicken, mashed potatoes with low fat herb and garlic cream cheese, sf pudding
B - Chocolate protein shake
S - 8 almonds, 1 part-skimmed mozzarella cheese string
L - Chicken coleslaw (AMAZING!!! Made a big batch last night and we all loved it - and SUPER HEALHTY!) - About 1.5 oz for me - heavy on the chicken.
S - Cookies 'n' cream shake (I just bought a new one today since I ran out of chocolate as of this am, so I have to try it!).
D - Same as lunch
S - Yogurt, decaff coffee with 1% milk
