What are you eating/ doing today? (Tuesday)
Good morning everyone 
I'm just having a relaxing moment.. not too sure what's going on today yet, I hope to get called into work.
B- granola
S- banana (maybe)
L- 1/4 of a quesadilla (leftovers)
S- cheese and crackers
D- leftover chicken and veggies
S- protein shake
might have some watermelon and/or fibre plus bar..
all water and vitamins in

Had my plastic surgery!

I'm not having the best of weeks...my eating hasn't been that bad yet I'm up 4lbs over last week. Very depressing. So I've tried to cut back on the carbs this week...
B - 2 eggs & yogurt
L - tuna salad w coleslaw
D - lamb & peas with gravy and mint sauce
S - ham/turkey/cheese wraps; SF pudding
That's it.

Hot and sticky here today....I love it....heading to the beach in a few minutes to float in the gulf
I wasnt going to post my menu because - well I am on holidays and not eating perfectly.....but I figured those in waiting or newly out can see what you can OCCASIONALY eat
B - 1/2 bagel with creme cheese
s - 1/2 bagel with creme cheese
l - ham/cheese and pickle roll ups
quinoa salad
s - popcorn
watermelon...at the beach
d - going to Ruth's Chris....so filet and veg and RED WINE......
s - skinny cow truffle bar
All water and vits.....I never forget them

Oh, what I wouldn't give for a filet at Ruth's Chris. If I could afford it. LOL
P.S. They make the BEST martinis - serve them with blue cheese - stuffed olives.

sadly, I have eaten 2/3rds of my calories and all of my carb allowance and it's only 10:30. I do start with breakfast at 6 am but no excuse. Reinforces how important it is for me to post early and do the calculations in myfitnesspal before I eat. I've logged now and adjusted to end up ok for the day. but it will be a long afternoon and night without snacks :-(
B - one slice thin ww bread, 1 T low fat pb, 1/2 banana
S - click espresso protein coffee
S - weigh****chers ww tortilla, egg salad
S - greek yogourt
L - spinach-turkey bacon-egg-mandarin salad
D - small piece of tuna steak, asparagus
S - nothing :-(

I feel as that is a "punishing yourself" :-(
If you are hungry, you're hungry... We all have those kindda days ;)
Why not just have some cheese or maybe have some chicken breast or maybe a protein shake or something without the carbs or very low carbs (salad)? That way you don't go to bed hungry. That might make it worse for you to go to bed hungry and thAt would NOT be good at all....
Just sayin'....
