What are you eating/ doing today? (Tuesday)
Afternoon all :)
What a gorgeous day today - loving the heat finally! Busy day conducting training, glad to be back in the office to get caught up.
B - water.
S - water. I know, I know - bad. I was outta the house so early and conducting training all morning without a break. Hey, at least I'm hydrated. lol
L - 6 inch cold cut sub from Subway, only the bottom of the bun. Talk about a disappointing sandwich - skimpiest veggies added I've ever seen. Won't be visiting that one again.
S - 21g old cheddar, 1/2 an apple, coffee with milk since I missed THAT this morning too.
D - 4 chicken wings, a little spinach salad, 1/2 a very small whole wheat bun
S - likely just some tea
Internet back up at home - I just kNOW it was those roofing guys who screwed up my signal. Damn them. lol

Afternoon all.
B - Cookies 'n' cream protein shake with 1% milk and a scoop of instant decaff.
S - Light mozarella cheese string, 8 almonds.
L - 2oz lean pork loin, 1oz cooked white onion (leftovers).
S - Decaff with 1% milk, yogurt.
D - Tuna with FF miracle whip.
I've upped my protein to between 70-80g per day from 60g. Water and vits. Treadmill tonight - doing 5k in 45 mins now! Only 2 more work days until the long weekend!!!
