What are you eating/ doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone!!I have been slowly getting things ready for our big road trip to the states next week! Today is muffin baking day
Last night I made "sweet and crunchy nuts" (from the splenda site) YUM, are they ever tasty, they might not make it to the trip :P LOLLike always, I have nooo idea what else I am gonna do today. I hope I dget called into work but if I don't, that's ok too as I still have alot to do brefore our trip and I have to work all weekend.
I actually don't have a clue what I want today to eat and whatever I put here will prolly NOT be in the order I eat it.
B- maybe some granola or a slice of toast with peanut butter
S- banana
L- hmm.. maybe just some cheese and crackers
S- fibre plus bar
D- OOOH! maybe I will make brok's pizza again, my bf and I REALLY like it
S- protein shake
all water and vitamins in

Good morning.
I have to groom the dogs when I get home (takes about 2 to 2 1/2 hours)...big pain. I will also likely go for a walk before dinner.
Pre-B - apple
B - 2 eggs
L - tuna w coleslaw
D - out at Red Lobster...don't know what I'll eat yet but I've narrowed it down to either the Broiled Fisherman's Feast or the Rock Lobster
No snacks today as dinner will be costly on calories.
Have a great one and I'll see you all on Monday.

YAY for the long weekend! (which will start in about 8 hours. lol) I made the BEST, huge omelette last night for dinner, so the leftovers will be a common theme today. haha
Pre B - coffee with milk x 2
B - omelette (eggs, bacon, sausage, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, old cheddar)
S - more coffee, 1/2 an apple if I'm hungry
L - more of that fabulous omelette
S - tea
D - going out, so no idea! I'm in the mood for spinach salad with grilled chicken, so likely that.

Good afternoon all! This will be my last food post until Monday since we are heading up to the cottage for CANADA DAY! WOO HOO!!!
B - Cookies 'n' cream protein shake with 1% milk and a scoop of decaff.
S - 8 almonds, light mozarella cheese string.
L - Hummas and 5 small flatbread crackers (YUM!)
S - Decaff with 1% milk.
D - I bought some turkey pepperoni (little round ones made by butterball), so likely that with a spinkle of LF cheese?
S - Post-treadmill yogurt.
Water and vits - treadmill of course.
