Hi all! Super busy today, but wanted to be accountable. Menu is exactly the same as yesterday :)

Have been and will be working 10hr days throughout the summer......really really taps my energy.

So glad everyone is doing well...I miss this place when I don't visit

Hi all!

One more day til the weekend!!

B 3/4 c Greek yogurt and maple sryrup
S1/2 premier protein shake ( not crazy about them but need the protein)
L 1 c chili and a1/4 WW bun(first time trying bread)Went down pretty good
S other 1/2 of protein drink
D????
Water and vits

Barb,  the Premier ones are the only ones I liked after surgery.  The dietician said they were Ok even though I would have still used them anyway.  I don't use them as often now that I can get enough protein in without them but they are handy to have on hand.

good evening all!
i hope everyone had a lovely thursday. one more hour until the season 13 premiere of BIG BROTHER! woo!!

B - 1/2 cup cottage cheese + 2 tbsp fibre one + blueberries

S - 1 hard boiled egg

L - 2 "meatloaf muffins"

S - 2 broccoli florets with 2 tbsp tziki dip + 1 oz cheddar cheese

D - 2.5 oz chicken + 1 tbsp shredded cheese + salsa
August 20th, 2009 - Referral for WLS from family doctor
May 17th, 2010 - Orientation at Windsor Hospital
May 26th, 2010 - Appointment with nurse and SW
June 1st, 2010 - Appointment with NUT and doctor
