York Region/GTA Support Group this Sunday
Hello everyone,
This is a reminder of the next York Region/GTA Support Group on Sunday 7/17 at 2:00. The meeting will be Upstairs at Loblaws, 301 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill.
The discussion topic will be an interactive one. We'll be discussing food options and recipies for all the WLS stages.
As always, we'll have a great clothing exchange & lots of conversation & fun. I truly believe support is one of the most important things that lead to long-term weight loss. Please make the effort to come out.
