I have just returned from a weeks vacation. I ate partically every meal in a restaurant including some all you can eat buffets, because the rest of my family enjoys them. I feel empowered by my tool, it allowed me to make good food choices and push my plate away when I was full.  As it was my vacation I did endulge in a couple of small sweet treats, but I didn't go overboard.  I stepped on the scales this morning to find I had actually lost another 2 lbs - which tasted even sweeter than the treats I allowed myself. Yeah!

My vacation is over and now I'm back to planning my meals which takes the guess work out of the equation.

I truly love my RNY and don't regret the decision to have surgery for a minute. I know the waiting seems endless but it's definitely worth it.

 Great job!  It feels great doesn't it when you can push that plate away feeling full and satisfied and knowing that you didn't "blow it"?

Here's to the sweetest treat of all - weight loss!!!  Way to go.  Seriouly, that is quite an accomplishment to come back with a 2 pound loss!!!!!
