Good morning everyone!

AHHH!! Finally a day off! YAY! Not sure what I'm gona do with myself today, I know that I will be going for a jog with my neighbour in a bit ;)

B- toast w/honey
S- greek yoguart
L- ham, cheese, crackers
S- protein shake
D- chicken tostadas
S- not too sure yet

all water and vitamins in!

Hi Leanne!  Go for your jog early before it gets stinkin' hot again.

I'm in dental hell again and chewing hurts, so back to mostly slider foods.  Good thing I love my greek yogourt!  And I don't seem to be hungry in this heat.

B - latte, oatmeal
S - greek yogourt
L - pasta di fagioli
S - cottage cheese - summer berry
S - protein shake
D - ?

Oooh ya! Just getting ready to head out for my jog now ;) I wanna lounge around later today and do NOTHING :P heehe!

Sorry about your dental hell! I hope this gets better quickly!

What is "summer berry" cottage cheese? Is it pre made or something your bought?

Hi Leanne!  It's a single serving of Nordica cottage cheese.  90 cal and 12 g protein.  http://www.gaylea.com/products/nutrition/34.  I tend to eat the pre-made yogourts & cottage cheeses at work - just easier.  I try to leave some of the fruit at the bottom.

Morning all :)

At home today waiting for someone to fix my ho****er heater.  I have to say, I quite nearly passed out last night taking a cold shower. LOL  Good gawd.

B - coffee with milk, scrambled egg with cheddar and a little ham
S - protein shake
L - same as breakfast
S - cherries, not sure what else yet
D - BBQ steak, grilled veggies, 1 bite potato

Lisa, so sorry to hear that you're continuing to have dental issues!  Leanne - there's a heat alert in effect, get out there early and keep hydrated!

Woohoo! Aquafit class today - love it!
After this stinkin' hot weather, it's great to get into the pool and be thoroughly cool for a couple of hours.

B - 1 slice toast, large milky tea
S - cottage cheese w SF strawberry syrup
L - 1 Babybel, 2 crackers, 1 pear
S - protein shake
D - spinach salad w turkey
1 litre water

Good morning!

Hanging at home today as I am sans vehicle.  That's okay though.  I will get to cooking to prep freezer with foods post op.  Thank goodness for central air or that wouldn't be happening lol.

B - protein shake

L - chicken breast and spring mix salad

S - cheese string

Su - ground chicken concotion - like pastaless spag. sauce.

S - greek yogurt

Water will be in, no vits this week.  Have a good one!!

B - egg w two slices multi-grain toast
L - tuna salad
D - 1/2 cheeseburger (homemade) w salad
S - yogurt/apple/banana

Morning all

Getting a little stressed out at work so I canceled the golf tournament I was going to be in tomorrow - feel better already as I now have more time to get stuff done..

b - bagel with creme cheese

l - homemade veggie beef soup....yummm

s - carrots and celery

d - out - salad and chicken of some kind

s - blue menu frozen yogurt bar

All water - vits -
