What are you eating/ doing today? (Thursday)

Good morning everyone

We are off to do some shopping at the Eaton Centre today... WOOT! I am taking my niece on the subway- she has never been on a subway so it should be fun!

10.5 months out.. trying to maintain...

4am- 2x multi vitamin, D3
B- egg, greek yoguart w/blueberries... 630am calcium
S- protein shake
L- probably a salad, calcium
S- I put in my purse-> fibre plus bar and some pringles
D- will still be out so more then likely will have chicken and a veg or more salad
S- not too sure yet

all water and vitamins in :)

Morning all :)

At home, waiting for the water heater repair guy AGAIN - apparently "fixed" doesn't mean "really, truly, you'll have ho****er again fixed". Grrrr...  Oh well, not often I get a day of mindless TV watching mid-week. lol  Ordered pizza for dinner last night - can't think of the last time I ate pizza!  Anyway, today will see some leftovers, minus most of the crust. It's alllll about the toppings baby!

RNY 5+ years - maintaining

B - coffee with milk x several, protein shake
S - 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 cup 1 % milk
L - toppings from 1 piece pizza (cheese, pepperoni, meatballs, chicken, peppers, onions, bacon, mushrooms, jalepenos) (can you tell they have an "all-you-care-to-add" deal?)
S - chai tea fog, maybe another protein shake
D - same as lunch with some of the thin crust
S - iced coffee with the Mississauga peeps

Oh! How rude of me not to mention - it's my baby's 20th birthday today - feeling like an old lady! lol

I can only tell you what I'm doing and it's working....

I set out my eating plan and in between the meals I make sure i have snacks and sometimes I have mouthfuls in between that.
I can't get alot in at each sitting so I eat all day

I sometimes eat slider foods and I still drink alot.
The drinking will make whatever healthy stuff your eating a slider food.

Make sure you are drinking as you don't want to get dehydrated.
I'm putting on weight and it's a slow process but it's working.

More good calories more often.
Get it all in......some days it feels as though I wake up to eat!

My BMI is still going to be in the healthy range even when I put some weight back on......
So onward and upward......

Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend drinking while eating.

L triskets with chili and cheese yummy
S noodle salad (beans peas,pickles,boiled eggs everything but the kitchen sink!)
D I think same as lunch

large ice coffee tonight at Timmie's
1/2 l. water

Morning all

Leanne have you tried eating more- if you are able of course? How many calories are you having each day? Doesnt look like much to me....

Woke up at 12:30 last nigh****ched a movie and then the alarm woke me up at 5....gotta get this sleep thing figured out

B - protein shake

s - latte - skinny decaf

l - veggie beef soup

s - chicken/red grape and walnut salad - "bout 1/3 cup

d - halibut (4 oz) over roasted tomatoes and asparagus with some goat cheese

S - rest of dinner

At least 2 litres of water plus a litre of decaf coffee

All vits

 Hi Barb,
I'm trying to eat more,  but just can not do it...  I have been trying to eat new things as well. Also, I have been trying to eat more dense items but  I get full soooo fast. I am eating a muffin (that my niece and I made yesterday) it's small and it's taking me forever to eat it. 

Any suggestions??

What are you eating on your salad at lunch?
Also, you could add another protein shake with some fuit, add a few extra crabs into your diet (i.e. 1/2 slice of bread, a few crackers, a little bit of potato/rice or pasta if it'll fit.
