What are you eating/ doing today? (Thursday)
11 months out and not losing, maintaining but frustrated.
B- 1/2 c plain greek yogurt sweeted with splenda, fresh (not wild) blueberries and some granola
L- a spoonful egg salad when I was making it, 2 raw carrots
S-decaff coffee
D- 3 carrots, 2 oz rotisserie chicken, egg salad (1 egg), Fresh tomato slices from my garden. I AM NOT missing tomato season this year! Last year I spent tomato season on Optifast and was drooling. ( probably not able to eat it all with the chicken)
S- source 0% yogurt
S- if I have enough calories left or need more protein 1/4 cup chai latte soy beans
I am on 4-12 this week and I have more of an appetite in the evening.
Vitamins, calcium, prevacid, probiotics in
Working on water it will be 8 cups

I cant remember how long you said you were maintaining and not losing? You could just be in a longer stall eh?
It's a little more difficult for us because of the age thing...sucks I know....
Keep at it - you have lots of time to keep losing due to malabsorption....I lost another 30 after my first year...
By the way - I thought you looked just great....healthy....skin and eyes were bright...

B - PB choco protein shake with 1% milk and instant decaf. (what a surprise - I'm LOVING this stuff!).
S - 2 babybel lights.
L - Granola and yogurt.
S - 2 decaf. with 1% milk.
D - 1.5oz chicken breast with melted LF mozarella on top.
S - Yogurt.
Water and vits in. I'm back on the treadmill roll!!! Feeling good even though I'm...err... at a pause (Thanks Karen). :)
