What are you eating/ doing today? (Saturday)
Good morning everyone!! :)
Off to work for me.... I can't wait for 4pm! (that's when I will be home :D:D)
Went to the Mandarin yesterday with my bfs mom... YUM! I won't be going back there for quite a while...LOL! At least I got my craving over with :D
B- hot cross bun
L- ham, cheese, pickle roll ups, 4 triscuits (if they fit)
D- dunno yet
snacks- cashew clusters, fibre plus bar, 2x protein shakes
all water and vitamins in :)

Promised an older gentleman friend that I would help him out with his computer today. First out to lunch at the Pump. Other than that - avoiding the rain drops!
B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - small slice of crustless quiche
L - Firecracker Chicken
S - not sure, likely leftovers
D - chicken with avacado and red onions, sliced tomato and cucumber
All vites on track so far - little handfuls throughout the day. lol

I'll play today, haven't posted in ages on this thread but actually know what we are eating today. Had a weird start to the day but things are back to normal now.
B - tons of coffee with hazelnut splenda packets
S - banana
L - chicken and swiss cheese on ancient grain bread, 2 tbsp of cuke, tomato, onion salad
S - possibly a plum or some fruilano and ryvita is super snacky
D - leek and pepper sausage(possibly with the skinny bun), more cuke, tomato, onion salad
S - will try to stick to 2 glasses of Malbec at most and a skinny sliver of SF cheesecake pie I made....same as the strawberry one I posted on the recipe forum only I used fresh peaches this time.
We are off fishing for most of the day and avoiding one part of our lake where there was a drowning yesterday and they still have not recovered the body. Thankfully it's a huge lake and we are about 2 miles from where it happened. Have never seen so many police on the lake at once here.
