What are you eating/ doing today? (Tuesday)

eta: when I ate foods and changed my dinner

Good morning everyone

Not too sure what today holds for me... I'm not scheduled to work but I will likely get called in.

I have planned out my foods for the day but have NO clue what order I will eat any of it. I will get all my vitamins and water in for the day.

B2- 3/4c honey nut cheerios w/ 1/2c milk (ate it at first break, 11am)
B1- 1 egg and cheese omelet (ate it on my way to work, 710am)
L- lemon&pepper tuna and cracker snack pkg (ate it at 315pm)
D- chicken toastadas made with tomatoes, cucumber and bacon topped with a little lettuce and hot sauce
S (maybe)- fibre plus bar (ate it at 9am)
S- 57g blue menu turkey breast on 1 slice of body wise bread (YUK!! threw it out.. gross)
S- 60g mild cheese and 50g grapes (ate it at 115pm)

hmmm, I thought I planned better but I guess I'm really undecided today.

S cherries

slow and steady.....

I am off to a workshop today so I will do lunch there (no idea what we will be having but usually it is some kind of wrap or sandwich).  Will do my P90x tape (tape 2) tonight for exercise and walk home from the workshop (about 45 minutes).

Breakfast: greek yogurt, 1 cup blueberries, coffee
Lunch?
Dinner:  Chicken and spring beans.
Snacks: babybels, peaches.
?

 I ate all day long yesterday - like every half hour.  Mostly carbs.    

I've already had breakfast and my swim, and have my food all packed, so I'm in good shape today. Looking forward to Shakespeare in the park tonight and my friend is bringing sushi.

B - 2 egg whites scrambled w. cheddar
S - greek yogourt & mandarins
L - 1/3 a freshii burrito (ww wrap)
S - cheddar & grapes
D - sushi

Judy, sorry to hear you had a stressful week - keep plugging away at those missing pounds.
Dawn, I will refrain from mentioning that we are nearly half way through August. *snicker*
Lisa, got your message about lunch on the 20th - yay! 

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - 21g cheddar, 2 melba rounds, tiny peach
L - BBQ burger, no bun, smothered in grilled veggies (leftovers, obviously)
S - leftover lunch if I'm hungry, cup of coffee at some point
D - Hmmm... seems I forgot to take something out of the freezer.  Could be a "clean out the fridge" night - surprise dinner.

You-all were right about my "2 g" slip yesterday - it was 2 oz of cheese.
Not thinking very straight when I don't sleep well - and it's been a couple of nights now.

Wish me luck on today's job interview - something completely outside my trained field, but totally interesting and exciting.

B - bowl of Cheerios, multivitamin
S - large milky tea, cottage cheese
L - 2 oz old cheddar, 2 oz turkey kielbasa, 3 crackers
S - protein shake
D - ??? (out, downtown after the interview)

Gonna relax tonight; I have to get up at 345am to get ready for work, have breakie and be at work for 6am...

No rain here today.  It's beautiful out but they are calling for a storm this evening.  We have only had rain for 2 hours in the 10 days we have been here so it's been a great vacation.  I'm eating my catch from last night for dinner tonight.  I had taken out filet mignon but will have that tomorrow instead.

B - 1 egg, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 slice wholegrain toast

L - grilled veggie sandwich on 1/2 flat bun with melted fruilano on top

D - pan fried pickeral, 1/2 baked potato, green salad

S - 2 glasses of malbec

Btw Barb if you are reading, I had no wine last night and I still have a brain fog today so it's not the wine.  LOL

B - PB CHOCO protein shake with 1% milk and a scoop of instant decaf.
S - 2 Babybel lights.
L - 1/2 can tuna with light mayo.
S - 2 decaf. with 1% milk.
D - Other 1/2 can of tuna.
S - Yogurt.

Water, vits and treadmill again tonight :)
