What are you eating/ doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone :D
Going shopping this morning for some school stuff for my nieces :) Then off to work. doop-dee-doo!
B- corn flakes
L- ham and cheese sandwich on a criossant
D- ham, cheese and crackers (like my own little lunchable)
snacks- 2x fibre bars, strawberries, pringles
I'm going to stop by costco, hopefully after work and get some shakes... I miss them!
all my water and vitamins in :)

Only 4 more days left of holidays so it's time to clean up leftovers in the fridge. We have fresh fish coming out our ******** here and I have already frozen half of it.
Wierd looking menu for some but it's all tasty stuff and who cares about dinner for breakfast or breakfast for dinner.
Tomorrow we go into town and being in Quebec well we have to stop for a poutine somewhere...I may only eat part of it but I will darn well enjoy those few bites.

D - fresh pickeral, green salad
S - half a bottle of red wine, can't keep it open too many days so I must fini**** today.

They do make the best ones here. The curds are so fresh and squeaky and gravy is divine. I will definitely have a few bites for you. I told him to just order a large one and I will order a soup or sandwich and just take some of his.
No bones in our pike at all. He uses the 5 fillet method and you get tons of meat and zero bones and takes hardly any time at all to do. He cleaned one the other night and we ended up with 3 pounds of boneless fish. I think we will be bringing our limit home with us as we have so many left over. In Quebec we have a higher limit and different sizes than Ontario so have to make sure we pack our Quebec licences in case we get stopped.

Ahhh yes... the dreaded "back to school" shopping. Poor kids. lol
Working today, Dr. appointment this afternoon, then going to go to the hair salon for a consult on my *extremely* long locks (that I have been growing to donate to a cancer organization), then off to pay some bills, and I'll likely pick up dinner on my way back. Fun, wow! Oh! And it's Laura S.'s surgery day - I'll be waiting for the good-news text! Go Laura! xo
RNY 5+ years - maintenance
B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - 2 oz cheddar, 3 Triscuits, a couple of cherries
L - 1/2 small whole wheat tortilla stuffed with egg salad and veggies, tiny peach
S - nothing, at the Dr.
D - something quick to pick up - likely Teriyaki Experience (beef and chicken, hold the rice/noodles)
S - not sure yet!

Was going to go walking in the Humber Valley today, but m walking buddy had to cancel due to a family tragedy.
Will just walk on my own in the Mimico Creek park.
B - protein bar (15 g, 150 cal's, 5 g Fat) "SlimDown" by CardioAid
S - cottage cheese, large milky Chai
L - Tossed Salad with tuna, green beans and egg
S - protein shake
D - Grilled chicken and tossed salad
Watermelon
1 litre water
Forgot my multivitamins this morning (overslept) will have to take everything tonight.

Back to work this week! My back is already killing me... My patients are all asking how I lost so much weight. Well today was the first time I shared that I had RNY surgery with one of my patients. She was very proud of me and thanked me for sharing. She has been at WW for many years and has battled her weight all her life. So it felt good sharing and educating someone who could benefit from this blessing also.
B - 3/4 cup of greek yogurt and 1 tbps maple syrup
S - small bannana
L - Tossed Salad(Feta, cucs and tomotes from the garden, Yummy) with left over baked chicken
S - 1/4 cup of mixed nuts
D - Grilled homemade burger and tossed salad
S- Cherry
1 litre water
Multivitamins and extra iron and Vit D

Afternoon all! Still not feeling awake - these are the times I wish I could have a REAL coffee!
B - Cookies 'n' cream protein shake.
S - 2 babybel lights. 2 decaf. (one with a little cream, one with a little 2% - I was at my sister's restaurant - she is a waitress there).
L - 1oz chicken breast kebob.
S - Yogurt. Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - Not sure... likely more chicken.
S - Yogurt.
Water. Vits. Treadmill again tonight. 3 month follow-up tomorrow at HRRH. :)
