Day 10 of work, one more to go...
B1 (530am)- toasted tomato and cheese sandwich
B2 (9am)- cherrios
L- cheese and crackers
D- salad w/ham, cheese and an egg w/ranch dressing
snacks- protein shake, oh yeah bar, grapes, fibre plus bar
all vitamins and water in

Had my plastic surgery!
Morning everyone!
3 months post-op as of yesterday - losing.
B - Protein shake.
S - 1 babybel light, 10 almonds.
L - Granola and yogurt.
S - Decaf. with 1% milk, small orange (not together).
D - 1 Chicken drumstick, no skin, piece of brocolli.
S - Yogurt.
Water. Vits. May take the day off for the treadmill, we will see if I decide to nap instead. :)

Well, I've been very bad lately and the problem with my VSG is that I am able to eat everything out there, although not very much of it...still...grazing has been a problem. I've been trying to numb my stresses just like I used to...which is how I got into the situation that I was in with my weight. I may seek out counselling to try and deal with life issues, from the past and current, even though everyone that "loves" me say that I don't need it..but..well, the evidence is looking me back in the mirror..ANYHOW! Not any more! I'm moving forward! I've weighed myself and starting this process just like it is the first day.
B-Coffee, one egg (because the dog was begging for and ate my 2 link sausages)
S-1 oz old cheddar and 1/2 orange
L-Asian salad w/toasted almonds & lite dressing
S-Protein drink
D-pork chop, 1 tbs wild rice, 1 tbs mixed veg
S-Chai tea
Water, water, water...and all my vitamins and supplements. I have also experienced what happens when you don't take care of yourself. I have had a couple of episodes where I have almost passed out while in a sitting position. Please, everyone, take care of yourselves! xx

Glad to see you posting Debbie! It sounds like you've got a good plan for getting back on track.

Debbie, nobody knows what you need better than you. We all got fat somehow and it starts with our inner dialogue and how we deal with our life experiences. If you've gone through the surgery and everything it involves, why not do something for your emotional well being that will help to keep you physically healthy?

Had alot of fun yesterday - even if I was the DD last night....big campfire - I drank coffee while the others had wine...and no whining from me
Third night in a row I slept thru....what a difference it makes in you physically and mentally
Relaxing today - a few chores and then to the movies to see Horrible Bosses....
B - bagel with creme cheese
l - chicken salad
s - popcorn at movies
d - chicken salad
s - maybe a popsicle
all water and vits and some decaf coffee

1/2 cup diet apple juice
2 protein shakes (still trying to get in a third)
125ml cream of wheat
1 1/2 cups of chicken broth (over the whole day, I LOVE chicken broth)
1/2 Cup decaf Tea
a couple of 50ml No Added Sugar Popsicles
Maybe a few tablespoons of yogurt
125mls Jello.
+ water.

Today I'm just doing laundry, cooking, housework; worked out (elliptical and weights), and will hang out with my son after dinner.

B - 1 1/2 slices bacon, 1 egg, tomato slice
S - decaf tea w/ skim milk
