yes I do only drink decaf for the most part....someone told me it counted as water as long as it was decaf so I have stuck to it
However - I really cant tell the difference.....I think I am going to go and get a full brew coffee right now and see if it makes me feel better....I am slow slow today....just want to go home and sit in my chair and sleep....

I wish I could get into the decaf thing. Mind you, I only drink 2 coffee/day. Maybe I should start making one a 1/2 caf and go from there.

Had a monster headache yesterday, partly due to the changable weather, and partly due to the hot tub and sauna after swimmming.
Turned out my blood pressure had dropped to around 100/70.
Wendy tells me I should mention it to my GP, as high blood pressure was my problem pre-op ...
We'll see if this happens again.
B - bowl of Cheerios, large milky tea.
S - 1% cottage cheese
L - 2 g cheese, 1 pear, 1 turkey pepperette
S - protein shake
D - tossed salad w chicken cubes
1 litre water
multivitamins in, but calcium + B12 + vitamin D still needed.

Are you still on any BP meds Gaby? I'd definitely mention it. Though, as you mentioned, it could have been the hot tub/sauna combo too. Hope you're feeling better today.

Morning! Busy day ahead. Had session at the gym with my trainer this morning, now home to clean. Kids pool party at 1:00, dinner, then my second run with the 5k clinic I signed up for. Phewf!
Carbs are my enemy lately, and today is no exception. It's only 11:00 and I've already screwed myself over with the carb monster.
B- Kashi Chewy Almond bar, SF yogurt, a few pieces cantalopue
S- Proti-Life bar
L-protein
S-protien
D- protein and veggie
S- more protein!!
You get the idea...no more carbs for me today.

Thanks Karen. I checked the site and the clinic started the very next day so I just jumped in. I didn't want to wait because I still have 3 weeks of summer left to use, and once the school year starts it will be hectic. If you still want to join, it is Sat morning at 9:30, Monday night at 7:00, and Wednesday at 6:30pm. I had a blast and can't wait to go tonight.
