What are you eating/ doing today? (Monday)

I think it's great that Michael is doing it with you! 

I'll have to pass for now for feet reasons, but I have upped my walking of late AND I'm going to start doing my dad's "learn to run" program - lol - walk one street light, run the next, then walk, then run.... until you've worked your way up to running.  Cracks me up at the simplicity, but hey, I'll give it a try. haha

Good afternoon!

B - Protein shake.
S - 10 almonds, babybel light.
L - Granola and yogurt.
S - Decaf. with 1% milk.
D - Leftover chicken drumstick and couple pcs of broccoli.
S - Yogurt with blueberries.

Water in. Vits in. Treadmill will be done. :)
