Premier Protien drinks

I finally made it to Costco and got the protien drinks, they only had chocolate at Ajax.  They taste OK but I found them exceedingly heavy and they hurt my tummy.  Did I drink it too fast?  Do you find you have to sip it?  I drank it in about 5 minutes and think I should have stretched it out.

I find them very filling and it takes me way longer than 5 minutes to drink one.  I sip one along with my morning coffee usually and sometimes I mix one into an iced coffee, which is really yummy.

I thought so - I didn't find it thick when I was drinking it though so it kind of caught me by surprise.  Today's will definitely go down slower.

Yeah, they're not thick per se, but there's something about them that fills me right up.

OOOHHHH there is talk of Thunder Bay getting a costco....... ohhh how i hope it is true otherwise I will be asking for shipments from my outlaws oops i mean inlaws in Manitoba of all the good stuff you ladies speak of available at costco!!!!

I put the chocolate one in my Magic Bullet with 1/2 a banana and a tsp of peanut butter - yummy!

You can sometimes get them on www.costco.ca, they ship very well. Keep checking every so often.

it usually takes me about 1/2 hr to 45 mins to drink one of those...
