Wow Linda you did amazing on optifast...good for you that will just set you up for amazing success postop. I will be thinking about you tomorrow and will look forward to your posts. Do you have an angel that will let us know how you are doing?

All the best tomorrow. I found Optifast was a good way to prepare for what is to come. Big changes, but 1000% worth it. I am just under 5 months post op and have lost close to 85 pounds. It has been worth all the work for sure.

Nothing like leaving it to the last minute, I just got my confirmation phone call about the surgery tomorrow. Seems like the time was changed a while back. Now I have to be there at 11, surgery is at 1. That's an extra 5 hours of nerves!

As I read this you are probably under ,sleeping very peacefully! All the very best for the next few days, I'm 8 days post op and can't believe the difference (positive) in how I feel every day!
