Good morning everyone

I'm getting ready to head back to Sunnybrook. My friend is supposed to have jaw surgery today. She had surgery yesterday for her collar bone, sacrum, pelvis and hips, and foot. She will have to have another surgery for her knee.
I'm exhausted. I got a better night's sleep last night.

Not too sure of my eating plan today. In my lunch bag, I will have:
-protein shakes x2
-fibre plus bar
-banana
-28g chips
-1/3c honey roasted peanuts
-1/2 turkey and cheese sandwich
I might get a salad or maybe chicken (from swiss chalet), I'm not too sure how long I will be at the hospital today

I have all my vitamins and lots of water

Have a good day everyone

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

Another boring menu day but the carbs are leaving the house.  On a plus side I'm down 6 lbs in 2 days of cleaning up my eating and drinking.

B - 2 yogourt cups, red grapes

S - leftover eggplant parmesan

L - taco salad, minus the taco

S - apple

D - leftover taco meat in lettuce wraps, tomato/cuke/onion salad

6 pounds is awesome, way to go.  Tacos in lettuce wraps sounds excellent - I'll have to try that!

I'm finding that the nightly cooldown outside is causing me to really feel the cold, a lot more than I ever used to.
So I'm starting my day with a hot cereal, to keep warm.
(Hopefully my internal thermostat will figure this out once my weight stabilizes.)

Leanne, my thoughts are with your friend - be strong for her. You might be what is going to keep her going.

B - Cream of Wheat, large milky Chai
S - cottage cheese w applesauce
L - cheese + pear, 1 turkey pepperette
S - protein shake
D - moussaka and greek salad
1 litre water

Multivitamins and B12 in - just need to add the calcium tonight.

Gaby, I've been freezing for years.  Doesn't matter if it's 100 degrees or the depths of winter. lol

So glad it's not just me...  When we had that heatwave and everyone was complaining about the 35 - 40 degree weather, I thought "finally, I am warm!"  I loved it...and then it went away :(
