Peek Freans NSA Cookies
Confession: Joe bought me the blueberry cookies and they are to DIE for. I eat one and I'm done.

One box Karen!?!
Such self-control!!!
My theory is that "normal" "healthy" people indulge in moderation on occasion and being "healthy" and "normal" is my goal so if I make wise choices, I can also indulge occasionally.
I just got back from a trip to the US and picked up some SF mint chocolate cookies
The idea is that I'll only have one or two once in a while. We'll see how that works out.

Cookies of any type are a huge no-no for me. I actually binged on the Peak Frean NSA cookies about a year ago (before surgery); they are delicious! I think I can eat some foods in moderation that were once binge-y for me, but there are definitely some that I will avoid: cookies, milk chocolate (dark chocolate seems to be ok, has much less sugar), chips, and ice cream to name a few.
