Good morning everyone :)

Off to work for me, then down to Sunnybrook to see my friend tonight.

Not really feeling like eating lately.. weeiirrrd cuz I am in love with food.

B- bacon, tomato and cheese sandwich
L- 1/3c cottage cheese, protein shake
D- ??
in my lunch bag I have 2more protein shake (so I at least get my protein in), oh yeah bar, fibre plus bar and a 28g bag of chips

all my water and vitamins in...

have a good day everyone

BELOW GOAL        Happily maintaining 4.5 years out!!   Life is GREAT!!!  Had my plastic surgery!

Working 11 hrs today; my Wed's are always very long.

Had an awful day (food-wise) yesterday; see my post in the "What are you eating" threadfrom Tues if you're interested.  So, back on the horse today, and cutting out simple carbs....

B - 1/4 C Greek yogurt, a few blueberries and grapes, hard boiled egg
S - decaf tea w/ skim milk, peach, 1/2 oz LF cheddar (notall  together)
L - 3 oz turkey, raw veggies w/ tzatziki
S - 1/4 C bean salad, grapes
D - out for pizza (not my choice); will eat the topping but not the crust, might add salad.

Good morning,

Will be doing 30 minutes on the treadmill when I get home...then I have a half hour dog class (agility so lots of running).

B - egg, slice toast (splash of ketchup)
S - banana / veggies w dip
L - oatmeal with cinnamon apple chunks
S - tuna (needed it to get my protein up)
D - taco salad (home made shell)
S - ?

Been up way too many hours already so my snack happened before my breakfast.  Wasn't in the mood for eggs at that hour. 

S - yogurt with fresh raspberries mixed in

B - 2 egg omelette with roasted peppers, onions and feta cheese

L - fish pizza, green salad, apple

S -celery sticks, spicey yogurt dip

D - homemade thick chicken veggie soup, eggplant parmesan

S - celery and yogurt dip if hungry

Good morning :)

Leanne, I can relate to just not wanting food - I go through that sometimes as well.  Keep an eye on it though - I found the more I didn't want it, the less I ate, and then got into a bad rut of NOT eating.  Hence my schedule here daily, not only to keep organized, but also to keep me on track with eating.  Even if I don't finish everything I've written, I've at least had a portion of it.  I hope your friend is healing well and that her family is healing emotionally. xo

Karen, yesterday is gone and today is a new day and a new start - hang in there :)

Working of course, tired and a wee bit cranky. lol 

RNY 5+ years - maintenance

B - coffee with milk x 2, protein shake
S - a couple of melon chunks, 21g cheddar, 2 melba rounds
L - didn't bring one.  Going to have a small green salad with a scoop of tuna salad on it from downstairs
S - bengal tea fog or a latte with a shot of sf cinammon
D - meatballs, onions, peppers over 1/4 cup egg noodles (leftovers)

Vitamins on track so far, working on water.

Ran 3 kms after I took the kids to school

1 fat free sugar free yoguart
1 egg with cheese

cup of south beach home made veggie soup

small lean port chop and asparagus

snacks undecided

lots of water

trying really hard to the bariatric/south beach, have lost 4ish pounds in nine days

Kelli - your running relly impresses me.
Can't wait til my knees improve a bit more so I can start on some running.

B - bowl of Cheerios w strawberries
S - yoghurt w strawberries
L - Salade nicoise w beans tuna and chopped egg
s - protein shake
D - ?out with friends? - maybe Pho
1 litre water

Multivitamins in, B12 and calcium still to go (missed them yesterday - gotta catch up.)

didnt sleep last night and of course this morning is workout - gotta be a connection there

B - Protein shake

s - yogurt with berries and a sprinkle of granola

l - at Boston Pizza - chicken chop salad - low cal and tasty

s - another yogurt with berries and granola

d - beef tenderloin - mushrooms - squash

s - s/f pudding

3 litres of water and all vits

How weird.  Could it be that you're thinking about making sure you get up early enough?  I tend not to sleep well when I have to make sure I'm up earlier than usual.
