What are you eating/ doing today? (Thursday)
Good morning everyone 
Not much on my agenda today, will probably cut the grass if I don't get called into work today.
B- soft boiled egg on toast
L- keilbasa, chesse and crackers
D- leftover steak and couple tiny potatoes
snacks- fibre1 bar, watermelon, cottage cheese
all vitamins and water in :)

I'm planning to have a workout shortly (25 - 30 minutes on the elliptical, then about the same on the weights). Then off to school; I have 9 hours of classes today, including my teaching assistant assignment. I've prepared all of my food for today and am ready to go.
B - >1/2 C Greek yogurt, 1/3 C strawberries, 2 T Kashi Go-Lean cereal
S - decaf tea w/ milk; later, grapes and a LC light cheese wedge
L - salad, LF salad dressing, 3 oz turkey, 2 crackers
S - 1/2 C strawberries, protein shake (not together)
D - roast beef and LF cheddar on 1/2 small ww wrap, veggies and tzatziki
S - don't know yet, might not have anything

Recovering from my semi cold (runny nose & stuffy sinus) and haven't been able to eat much in the last two days (breathing and chewing at the same time was a no go!) - took a reactin and feel a lot less stuffy...here's what i'd LIKE to eat today:
B: 1/3 C greek yogurt w/ mixed berries, 1T Fibre Bran & 2 T Granola
S: Simply Bar, chicken broth
L: Chicken Salad w/ Broccoli, Goat Cheese, Sliced Almonds & 1-1/2 T Yogurt Ranch Dressing
S: Cheese String + more chicken broth
D: 2 Egg Salad w/ 2 pieces MELBA TOAST
S: piece of SF marble halva
ETA: So I went back to read what my dinner would be and noticed that i put "2 Egg Salad w/ 2 pieces FUDGSICLE"....really?!?! it was supposed to read melba toast...maybe a sign i should have gone back to bed this morning instead of going into work....

Morning. Went for a run in the rain last night with my group. It poured, but it was actually kinda fun :) Long day today: work, home, then back to work for "Meet the Teacher Night" - I'm the teacher so I can't skip. :P

Sipping my cawfee and protein shake, enjoying the quiet before all the loud people who wander around all day talking to others and gossiping and practically yell on the phone so we all know their business get in.
This cubicle office thing is so not for me. lol

S - 21g cheddar, 2 melba toast, likely another coffee over the morning
L - vegetable beef soup, 1/2 banana, a couple of crackers
S - 1/2 banana, chai fog
D - no freakin' clue. Totally disorganized and disinterested in food this week. I'll pick something up on the way home - rotisserie chicken I suspect.

Good Mornin!
At work today, not really wanting to be here. Found out the other day that my group is being cut and we are being dispursed in other parts of the company. Some areas no one wants to go to. So it's been a bad couple days. Thankfully I've had my work out the past couple days and my workout buddy is great (he's 2.5 years postop). And he's got a great sence of humor. Would go today, but I have a meeting that cuts into my workout time ;0( That being said, I packed extra and breakfast was in the car. I gotta get some goats milk...
In my bag:
raisons, baby bell light cheese, hummus, yogurt, apple juice (to be diluted)
Supper - leftover chicken & veggies.
Dinner meeting tonight, but still skipping the dinner. Hope it's a short meeting.

I need a lot of coffee this morning. Just finishing up my first cup. I hope this cold takes a hike soon.
B - coffee and lots of it, might throw in some protein powder at some point as I don't feel like eating.

L - homemade soup of some sort, will take a container out of the freezer

This darn cold is getting worse instead of better - now it's in my lungs.
I've got to watch it - had pneumonia 5 times during the 90's, and I don't want it to catch hold in there again.

S - joghurt
L - sushi (out with a work colleague who's losing her job ... boo)
S - large coffee
D - salad w salmon , protein bar for dessert
1 litre water
Bad protein day - won't get in enough if I don't augment at dinnertime.
Feel crappy. Still at work though - nobody else to do my job. Sucks.
