Hi everyone

I had my four week check up today with the nurse and dietician I lost 41 pounds since the
start of Optifast

I am thankful that I was able to have this surgery!!!

Also can anyone tell me how to get rid of the extra tickers

Hi Allison,

Congratulations on your great success!!

I am not sure how you adjust `tickers`. Hopefully someone else can chime in on that!

congrats 41 lbs is great! I cant wait till my 4 week check up , although that means Ill have to go back to work and get back to reality lol.

Im not too sure about the tickers, I know i have one but I really know too much about it.lol
but under tools theres a widget and ticker button maybe you can figure it out from there.
