after surgeon appointment how soon will surgery be?

thanks and no problem, anytime, I do find St. Joes is very fast. If I hadn't been a smoker I would have had it about 3 months ago.

I had Dr Gmora for surgery and let me tell ya he is has a great bed side manner he actually cares about his patients. He waited around till I woke up (surgey was at 1130am) I woke up at 7pm then came in the room and asked how I was doing and what ever else.

My timeline for St Joe's is in my signature.  When surgery day comes it will seem like it came really fast, just the waiting is hard.  Good luck to you.

I had my surgeon's apptmt with Dr. Hong on Sept 15 and did my education class the same day.  I have not heard about a surgery date but was told Dr. Hong was booking for late November so I suspect it will be some time before Christmas for me. I am awaiting an appointment for PATS that is the prep appointment prior to surgery.

There was a slow down over the summer due to vacation but St. Joe's added more surgical suites recently so not sure if the bariatric center got more surgery hours.  I think they must have as Dr. Gmora is now doing surgeries too.

I just had my surgeon appointment with Dr. Gmora last Thursday and when I asked Krista what kind of timeline I was looking at she said that they were booking now for end of Nov. beginning of Dec.

thanks guys im going crazy all this wating even though i know in the end it will be worth it but one thing i dont have a clue who my surgeon is dr gmora did my scope does that mean he is my surgeon???
