I have been super busy lately... Life is awesome, work work work and play play play
My bf has decided to start running, I am going with him tonight when he gets home. I went to Niagara Falls last week (that's where he is from) and got a treadmill for the winter from his parents house.
I am having a kind of lazy day today, I started to pack for my trip that we are taking in 12 days, I am SUPER excited to go, Mexico- here we come!
B- 1/2c cottage cheese with a few grapes, fibre plus bar
L- chicken tostada, baby bel cheese
D- "faux jerk chicken" and mashed cauliflower- can't wait to try this! I found it on "allrecipes.com"
might have some popcorn for a snack tonight
all water, tea, vitamins in for the day :)

First day of puree foods!!! Yay!!!
B- poached egg (yummy!), yogurt
S- 1/2 protein shake, applesauce
L- 1/4 cup cream of broccoli soup, two pieces of melba toast with 1/2 tbsp. low fat cream cheese, 1/2 a protein shake
S- protein shake
D- 2-4 tbsp. pureed turkey, 1 tbsp. mashed potatoes, 2 tbsp. well cooked peas (don't think I can handle pureed)
S- applesauce
B- poached egg (yummy!), yogurt
S- 1/2 protein shake, applesauce

My first egg came oopsy, and it was painful.
Takes awhile for the pouch to settle in to "real" food.
Hang in there, though - you're doing great so far!

S - 1/2 protein bar + water
D - Mandarin buffet with friends - probably seafood at salad bar, some sushi and some baked salmon.
Multivitamins and B12 in, but calcium still to go.
