Good morning :D

Off to work today.

B- a 1/2 of a toasted tomato and cheese sandwich
L- 1/2c cottage cheese
S- greek yoguart w/strawberries
snacks to choose from for the day- 2 different kinds of fibre bars, trail mix, 28g bag of chips
D- thinking about making my pizza for tonight

all water and vitamins in :)

Back to work today after my nice extra long weekend. Have a meeting with the boss 1st thing. Not looking forward to it. I buggered up before I went for surgery and we'll be discussing that. Oh well, I'm a big girl, I'll take my licks.



On the menu today:

B & L : Protein Shake
S : Melon (1/2c)
D : BBQ Beef Skewers & Asparagus

Update to meeting:  Met with the boss. Nothing was really discussed.  She just told me to focus more on the info Im giving to clients and this month my goal is to make sure I authenticate everyone 100%.  I can do that.  It was easier than I thought but we'll meet again in November to review my progress.

B - oatmeal (was supposed to have apple in it but I forgot the apple at home .
S - tuna
L - chicken Cesar salad
S - cheese, pepperette (turkey) & apple
D - cheeseburger
S - tuna & cream cheese fluff (cream cheese mixed with light whipped cream)

180 pounds lost in 18 months? That's amazing!
Congratulations - I know it wasn't easy, but you're doing so well. And you're so close to goalweight!

I was a bad girl last night - joined friends at teh Mandarin for a buffet dinner.
I ate very little of everything - but i did sample at least 15 different items, including squash soup. Yumm

It's my brithday, so I'm being taken out again tonight and Friday night.
Gonna have to be careful.

B - bowl of Special K, large milky tea
S - Greek joghurt w strawberry and banana slices
L - turkey pepperette, 2 crackers, cheese, applesauce
S - 1/2 protein bar + water
D - ?Swiss Chalet salad?
1 litre water

Multivitamins and B12 in, but calcium not done yet.

Happy Birthday to you...happy birthday to you......hope it's a great one!!  Swiss Chalet is a great choice of restaurant...can't go wrong with chicken salad.

Morning all :)

Back to work today, sadly.  WOW, was the weather fantastic over the weekend!  Cooked dinner at the pub for 45 people on Monday, other than that I've been (blissfully) hanging out.  Oooooh, VV Boutique extravaganza last Friday - gorgeous leather coat, warm wool coat, 4 pairs of dress pants, a Liz Claibourne skirt, Tommy H. jeans - $122.  I love me some VV.

Eats for today:

B - coffee with milk x2, protein shake
S - Kashi bar
L - green salad with lots of veggies and tuna, 2 melba rounds
S - likely just some tea
D - not sure, Joe's home early today so hopefully he'll figure it out

Back to work!  Have a good one. :)

L- Fake crab (70g) seafood sauce with cheese stick

S- protein shake (on the drive home)

D- not sure perhaps curry chicken with Dreamfeilds pasta

S- cottage cheese cup (if needed)
