Do you mean adding regular baking cocoa to make it more chocolately? If yes, cocoa is sugar free but may have a little naural fat. Best to ask your Nutritionist if it is okay.

What about Sugar Free Torani or Davinci syrup it comes in Chocolate and many other flavours.

Herseys also makes sugar free chocolate syrup but might be like cocoa and have small amount of fat Im not sure.

I was allowed cocoa powder. It should say in your notes what you can and cannot have. I went a good 2 weeks on optifast with cocoa powder in it and it was amazing!

I am on day 4 and these are my current faves:

Chocolate Opti with hazelnut SF syrup (from Starbucks), SF cherry syrup from low carb grocer.  I didn't care for the decaf coffee in it, but may work for you.

Vanilla Opti with tangerine Crystal light.  I love this so much I barely try anything else.  It's like an orange creamsicle.  I have also tried the SF Peppermint Paddy syrup from low carb grocer.  It's pretty good, but I find the syrups are so sweet and I would rather more of a strong mint flavour.

 yum..sounds like I would like the tangerine crystal light...I do have flavours that I have been adding, saw the cocoa in cupboard and thought I would try it.

You should try mint extract you get the minty goodness with out the sweetness
