Endoscopy/Gastroscopy - where to book one?

 Hey Pat/Trisha (can't recall which you prefer...not very good with names so ignore that Trisha part if as I maybe thinking of someone else, heh),

I do not have a referral so it appears I'll have to call tomorrow and make an appointment with my family doctor.  Hopefully I can get in before the middle of the month.  I'll also give Courtice Clinic a call tomorrow and see if they do scopes there that way I can then schedule to have it done when I get my bloodwork, ECG, lung x-ray, etc.  done in a couple weeks time.

It's too bad I didn't have all this information when I went at the end of September.
