crystal lite

How soon can you mix crystal lite with your water after surgery?  Do you need to water it down more then the package says?  Having a hard time choking back jus****er at the moment.

You should be able to have it right away - I did anyway.  I found the flavour way too intense, so I watered it down a great deal.

 I stuck it out with water till about a week after surgery then i added CL. I always water it down anyways since I think one package still is too sweet with a bottle of water.

i used it right away, Bubs. watered down a bit, just for my own preference.

I used it too right after and watered down a bit. Some flavours 'sat' a bit better than others. All you can do is try a little and see what happens.

prior to surgery, i loved just plain water. now, i have to have crystal light to get all my water in. plain water just doesn't sit well for some reason. good luck and get those fluids in!!

 I didn't even think of asking if I should wait... I brought a box of singles to the hospital and mixed my own while I was recovering in there .   

The day after surgery I had to drink watered down juice for two days but crystal lite was included in that along with sugar free popsicles. Then I was allowed to start adding protein in.

You should be able to do it.
