In order to succeed, your desire for success should be greater than your fear of failure.
Surgery July 22, 2011 Starting weight 270 128 lbs lost Today's weight 142 lbs Ann
Hi I'm 2 weeks on the bench and things that have saved me that taste great and big protein punch are actually from the carbohydrate store (Woodbine/Denison)
-ready to go jello cherry & tropical fruit 1 cup= 100 calories 20 grams of protein
-sugar free spread (which is what I put in my yogart and cottage cheese) blue berry, rasberry, lemon, strawberry, chocolate
-pudding SF many flavours
worth the trip!
USA
I get the carniation instant breakfast SF
others here in grocery stores
-1% cottage cheese
-greek yogart (I get mine from Costco)
-best chocolate protein shake ready to go Premier (also from Costco)
-Oat bran cereal (I add the SF Spreads in it to enhanse flavour)
I'm actually so excited I get mashed tuna tomorrow (small things make ya happy)

my suggesiton would be NOT to stock up on items unles you have tried them...I stocked up on SF barbecue sauce, jam etc you name it and didn;t use much of it.
In the beginning I made a point to stick to SF...then I learned how to adapt recipies to my needs without having to spend additional $$ on SF products.
Sure there are still SF products I buy..but the barbecue sauce and jam were pitched...primarily because when mixing 2 lbs of hamburger for a family of 4 and including 3 tablespoons of Bullseye...well my (1) small patty isn;t getting a load of sugar AND
my hambugers don't fall apart on the grill like with teh SF sauce...also I use very little jam, so there was no real reason to buy that ever again
