For those of you in the North...
I’ve been out hunting and gathering, preparing for what is hopefully a surgery date in January…and in Sudbury’s South End at the new Wal-Mart SuperStore I found “Bakd Bars" and the “Oh Yeah Bars" for $2.47 each…
...which is actually cheaper per bar, than buying a case of them at Low Carb Grocery Online….I did the math! 
I did find the Isopure Protein Drinks at Zellers, but they were not the Sugar-Free ones…so I’m still trying to find a place to buy those…

it's wonderful of you to share your good fines with others..luckily Thunder Bay has enough Shopeprs Drug Marts and a GNC and other health food stores that these are readily available and sometimes at wonderful prices.
prior to surgery 323lbs....4 years post-op maintaining between 108- 114 lb loss.
